Stress

I am glad that the weekend is over. Now, my main problem is money once again.

I have to save up money for ToyCon while still getting to train in JKD again. I need it and everything is crucial to my success.

I still have to get started in the GAME! articles. I’ll start tomorrow morning with the TeamSpeak article then the first half of the Ergo Proxy article. I’ll do the Special Force article in Uni and the previews at around Wednesday.

I have lost around 2-3 pounds so far and replaced it with water. I have to hasten the process and burn at least 700 calories in JKD and  300 calories here at home for tomorrow, Wednesday, and Thursday. I’ll be eating nothing (well, a little bit at dinner since my mother will insist) and drinking at least 2.5L of water a day.

That’s all for now.

Busy Weekend

I have a total of 16 articles and pieces to finish, not counting incoming jobs and blog entries. I’m going to be really busy this weekend.

I also have to train and deal with everything that comes my way.

I’m not going to like it, but I’ll have to get off my lazy ass and work.

FFNL needs attention

I don’t know what’s wrong with me, but I haven’t posted in FFNL lately. I need to get back to the old blueprint of catering to martial artists in general and not just MMA fans.

I’ll get on that right away.

Working harder.

I’m not getting sleepy spells anymore, which means that I can finally get down to business much better.

Currently, I have training, writing two creative pieces, writing GAME! August articles, writing daily SEO articles, and writing reviews for UFC 84, EliteXC Primetime, and WEC34 to worry about.

I will commence today’s training in an hour or two and write the creative pieces soon after. I will also re-watch the EliteXC event to finalize my assessments about it. I’ll re-watch WEC 34 tomorrow and write the review about it. I will write the Teamspeak and preview articles, as well as the UFC 85 review this weekend. Also, the Special Force and Ergo Proxy articles next week. All of this while juggling my SEO article gig at the same time. It’s not hard since writing articles is mostly a cinch for me.

But training is going brutally so far. I have bad tears in my abs and I still have yet to get my body used to metabolizing more of my reserves. I definitely have to crank up my cardio training if I want to reach my target within 10 days. As this is the official day one, my pre-commencement training has yielded a pound of loss so far. If I can continue this trend for the next 10 days, I will be able to shed 7-10 pounds by the end of this ordeal. However, that will not be enough. A loss of 15 pounds is what will transcend by current physique to new heights, and that’s what I am currently aiming for. I will utilize moderate weight-cutting techniques, as well as good old-fashioned hard work. I’ll be back in the JKD gym next week for good. Once I restart in JKD again, I will definitely not stop again. Slacking off has taken its toll, and I will not let it ruin my life.

That’s all for now.

Training Log: Entry 003

Rededicated myself to training. Began by gauging my stamina, which has been reduced by 70%. I can get back in gear within five days.

Abdominals in pain after doing burpees and shadowboxing rounds with sprawls. I don’t know why, but I made the pain complete by destroying my lower abs.

Will be doing more lower body conditioning and cardio.
