Got some life now.

Got the Edge card for my DS. Now, onto more important stuff.

I shall start off with some frownies, then more frownies, then even more frownies. This week’s focus: Punching. Shoulders, back, traps, etc. I have to be able to make 40 push-ups by the end of the week and have less fatigue in my shoulders after training. No excuses.

Hanging On For Dear Life

Now, I’m trying to reorganize my daily priorities to balance each and every aspect of the chaos while still pushing the envelope as hard as I can. Nothing is sacred in this and all must be done to keep the pressure. Sleep is the enemy here, and distractions are its pawns.
