Formal Training Recommences

Since I have finished all work for today, it is time to begin training once again.

I shall have mostly anaerobic on MWF then aerobic on TThS, just like always. If Saturdays are occupied, then I do both anaerobic and aerobic for Sunday with a brutal menu. Main focus will be exceeding the stamina level I had last November, get down to around 8% body fat or lower, building core and lower body strength, and finally getting to do a full split.

I begin training now.

Time Crisis

I have 3 hours to finish two 550-word articles and six 250-word rewrites.

I also have to finish reviews of EliteXC Primetime, WEC 34, and UFC 84.

I’ll be really busy tonight.
