Rudy Guiliani quits presidential race

He forfeited after the Florida primaries.

Breathe a sigh of relief, people.

His campaign was hogwash, his demeanor was mind-boggling, and the way he handled his platform for his bid seemed quite a novelty, which can only be beated by Ron Paul’s.

And with that, it’s John McCain and Mitt Romney mudslinging each other for the Republican candidacy.

On the Democrat side, it’s Clinton and Obama; gender versus race.

Such a spectacle US Presidential Elections always are.

Training Log: Entry 002

The lower back pain isn’t bothering me as much now, so I was able to train a bit more. I was able to last a bit longer now and squeezed out an extra round. What is still holding me back though is my diet. My mother had been cooking fried chicken, and me being the frugal bastard that I am, I ate it all up. I even had donuts earlier in the afternoon. I really got to stop taking in shit like that.

More liquids, less solids. Less fat, more protein. Some tea drink would do wonders as well. I really have to keep this in mind at all times. Discipline will be what takes me to my goal of good conditioning and a future in the fight game.

My conditioning and flexibility. Those are the two things that I really have to work on. It has now set in that I am an ambidextrous striker that can hit with both hands due to my JKD training. The only thing left in that department is to clean up my footwork, especially in my left stance.

That is all for now. May I will be able to train in the gym by Sunday or so.

You mean to say that the great man’s remains stayed in a stuffy old urn for 60 years? I guess it is high time that his spirit has finally been set free into the world. May this crazy world of ours be blessed by the saintly purity of the Mahatma’s heart and soul.

Training Log: Entry 001

Since my lower back is still killing me a bit, I still needed to get back into shape. My conditioning right now is sub-par and I cannot last as long as I did around 3-4 months ago, when I weighed around 145-147lbs. Right now, I am around 153-155lbs., but at least it was not like back in around April or May last year when I weight 165lbs. Well, I still have more cardio right now than most people, but that is not my goal. What I really aim for is to never feel tired at all, no matter what.

During training, all I felt doing was gasping for air after around 5 minutes or so. I still pushed on and tried to make 15 minutes with the cardio workout, but I only made 13 minutes. Hopefully, by tomorrow or by Wednesday, I’ll finally get it. For now, it’s additional push-ups, sit-ups, squats, and weight training for me.

That’s all for now.
