A Need for More Productivity

Despite my best efforts, I have yet to produce quality material in each and every day. My biggest problem is my sleepiness, and despite best efforts to sleep as much as possible at night, I always end up drowsy by 4PM. This is time wasted that could have been used for training and writing.

I need to do something about it.

Wasting Time

It seems like school and work is really distracting me from the most important task: training. I am five months behind now with no additional progress other than some improved dynamic flexibility. There hasn’t been major progress on my part.

I have to have at least three days of full-on training to get me back to my basic strength. I’ll have to really prioritize that for the next week. Without it, I don’t think I can survive much longer.

Not so good…

I still haven’t finished the Warhammer Online article yet, and it’s keeping me from getting any serious training. I really should have a better way to go through these things.

I guess I’m too burned out to care now…

Weak and Powerless

I’m getting softer by the minute. I haven’t been training seriously lately. Sure, there are the occasional push-ups, burpees, squats, sit-ups, and stretches, but nothing more and not in sets. I have to get back to my condition back in October of last year and exceed it. I have to do that by July.

I need to ready myself.

Keeps getting worse…

Everything is falling apart. I can’t get myself to train, no matter what, since I’m too busy with articles. I get less than 4 hours of sleep a day as well. This has got to stop.

I have to finish everything before midnight or I’ll never feel rested at all. I’m getting soft, and I don’t appreciate that.
